Semi auto Servo based Volumetric Liquid Filling Machine for Bottle in Stainless Steel Finish suitable for various types of bottles and Viscous liquids.

Machine with User Friendly Operation system allowing operator to use it with ease, fastest change over in its category for change over in Bottle Size and Fill Volume. Machine with steady Nozzle Filling System to help filling various type of liquid with maximum filling temperature 80 C.

  • All contact parts are ss-316/Teflon/Silicon and non-contact parts SS 304, MS frame structure with SS cladding

  • 18 Liters capacity of SS 304 tank. Transfer of Liquid from Main Tank to filling tank of machine arrange by customer only
  • 100% spillage/drip free on bottle neck and shoulder
  • Designed for easy change-over and CIP.
  • Multiple stroke feature for filling more fill volume by holding bottle
